We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist for a real
- focused client in Lisbon. If you have experience in fraud, finance, or insurance and love helping people, this is your chance to join a
- growing international team in sunny Portugal!

Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time,
- term contract (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent placement
Languages: Spanish (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: €870/month x14 + €50 guaranteed bonus + €150 permanence bonus + meal allowance + medical & dental insurance

? Key Responsibilities

? Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and messages with empathy and professionalism — including urgent situations
? Investigate and resolve claims under Host Damage Protection, Host Liability Insurance, and Experience Liability Insurance
? Understand and apply policies consistently to ensure fair outcomes for the community
? Identify and escalate priority issues appropriately
? Ensure each case is reviewed and resolved with attention to detail and sensitivity

? Requirements
? Native/Fluent in Spanish (C2) with strong English (B2+)
? Previous experience in financial, fraud, or insurance support is highly valued
? Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
? ? Able to work independently in a

? Already based in Lisbon with valid right to work documents
