Location: Lisbon (Porto Salvo), Portugal

Start Date: 26 June 202

Full-time, 40hrs/week, 8 hrs/day

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00-22:00 (rotational 8 hour shifts)

Work Type: On-site, at client's offices

Help ensure digital community standards are upheld on a
- known international
- sharing platform. You'll be moderating German-language content to protect platform integrity and user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review flagged
  - generated content (videos, images, text)
  
  
• Enforce community guidelines and policies
  
  
• Assess reports and take appropriate moderation actions
  
  
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior teams
  
  
• Achieve productivity and accuracy KPIs
  
  

Requirements:

• C2+ level German
  
  
• B2 English
  
  
• Strong ethical sense and analytical skills
  
  
• EU documents or work permit in Portugal
  
  

Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary paid 14x per year
  
  
• Performance Bonus: up to EUR 380/month (paid 12 times)
  
  
• Meal Allowance (net): EUR 7. 63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
  
  
• Welcome Bonus: EUR 3, 000 (valid for candidates joining before 31 July 2025)
  
  

Relocation Package:

For candidates relocating from abroad:

• Shared company apartment (EUR 280/month, utilities included, up to 12 months)
  
  
• Up to 28 nights in a hotel upon arrival
  
  
• Reimbursement of flight costs (up to EUR 400) after 6 months
