What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and

• Strong customer orientation and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Portugal with eligibility to work remotely.
