Your mission:
- Provide technical support to customers, 100% in English and also in Portuguese;
- Have customer satisfaction as the main objective;
- Inform customers about the company's products and services in English, as well as their advantages
What you must have:
- Have at least
- school diploma or equivalent; - Have experience in a customer relationship role (preferred);
- Be fluent in English (native level, or
- native C1+) and in Portuguese; - Have strong computer skills;
- Be communicative and have the power of argumentation;
- Be a team player;
- Must be living in Lisbon and have availability to work in a Hybrid model (some days in office, some days from home, to be adjusted with the managers)
- Must have all the documents needed to work legally in Portugal
What can we offer:
- Base salary: 1. 126€ gross p/month
- Meal allowance: 10, 20€ net p/day
- Performance bonus: up to 13% of annual salary (paid in full, once)
- Shift allowance
- Bonus Flexben: 130€ per month (usable for expenses related to
- technology, training, healthcare, remote office supplies, childcare
- vouchers, etc. )
- Schedules: 8h rotative shifts with two days off (Monday to Sunday, including full night shifts eventually, according to the needs - shifts can be rotative per week)
- Location: Lisbon - Hybrid
