Provide B2B support for advertisers using digital advertising solutions, ensuring timely troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00 or 11:00 to 19:00 (8‑hour shifts)

Languages Required

French C1‑C2, English B2

Salary

Base salary: €900 per month x 14 months

Monthly bonus: €200 per month x 11 months

Work Permit

Valid work permit for Portugal required (no visa sponsorship provided)

Your Role

• Provide advertiser support across email and chat
• Handle

• Collaborate with technical teams for escalations
• Maintain accurate case tracking
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
• Provide product education and feature explanations
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience on paid campaign management is mandatory
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Digital Marketing experience
• Experience with Contact Centre or Digital Advertising platforms
• Understanding of social media advertising basics
• Strong
