Customer Specialist Lisbon (Spanish)

Customer Service Spanish (C1-C2) + English B2

Support advertisers using the companys digital advertising products, providing troubleshooting and end‑to‑end case resolution.

Location: Lisbon (On‑site)

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00 or 11:00 to 19:00 (8‑hour shifts)

Languages required: Spanish C1-C2, English B2

Start date: 15 January 2026

Salary: Competitive salary, complexity bonus paid 11 months, meal allowance: 7. 63 EUR per working day

Work Permit: Valid work permit for Portugal required (no visa sponsorship provided)

You will join a major global provider of customer experience and digital services. The company supports large international tech and online advertising platforms, delivering multilingual support and operational excellence. The client for this role is one of the world’s leading players in digital advertising (company name remains confidential).

Your Role

• Provide B2B support to advertisers
• Handle end‑to‑end troubleshooting for the companys advertising products
• Resolve cases via email and chat channels
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering to solve technical issues
• Maintain accurate and timely case updates
• Promote customer satisfaction through high‑quality service
• Educate advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience on paid campaign management is mandatory; candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in a Contact Centre / Service program for an Advertising Tech company
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising basics
• Customer service‑oriented profile
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid work permit for Portugal required; no visa sponsorship provided
