The position of CSM is crucial to Veesion's success: you will be the key to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will handle onboarding, formation, and customer satisfaction.
You will also be in daily contact with the technical teams (developers and technicians), which will allow you to expand your knowledge on transversal subjects. You will evolve in a young, international, and stimulating environment!
The objective? Maximize customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty, so you'll have to anticipate the friction points they might have by taking into account the customer's use of the product.
Your role at Veesion will be to:
- Identify and respond to customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Help with the organization and distribution of the team's tasks
- Create customer documents (instructional sheets, documents, and internal processes)
Your profile
- You are eager to join a young, dynamic, and ambitious startup!
- You know how to work independently, be proactive, and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have a good critical sense, you like to analyze problems and find solutions.
- You speak English (native) and Spanish (native).
- European citizenship or work permit for Portugal.

Interview Process
