Customer Success Operator (Junior)

Location: Albufeira, Algarve | Full-time | Hybrid possible

- quality holiday rentals in the Algarve. Our mission is to deliver excellent service to both homeowners and guests. We are now looking for a Customer Success Operator (junior level) who can support our Sales Manager, nurture customer relationships, assist guests from booking to
- out, and help us improve our processes and systems.

Your Role

• Handle the complete booking process, from reservations to
  - out and review
• Provide excellent support to guests before, during, and after their stay
• Act as a key contact for homeowners, building strong and lasting relationships
• Update the company website and booking system
• Assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks
• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and portfolio growth
• Help streamline internal processes to ensure smooth operations

• Strong in communication, both written and verbal
• Service-oriented, with a natural hospitality mindset
• Problem solver with a practical,
  - driven approach
• Comfortable with digital tools, and able to maintain online systems (website, booking CRM and international booking platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb)
• Confident working with basic financial administration and reporting
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Dutch or German is an advantage
• A junior profile, eager to learn and grow with the company
• In possession of a valid driver’s license
• Based in or willing to work in Albufeira, with hybrid work options available
