A major international CX company is expanding its German-speaking Customer Success & Sales team in Athens.

What You'll Do
- Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored product solutions
- Research customer history (Sales Navigator, Zoom
Info) to uncover upsell &
- sell opportunities - Conduct product demonstrations and prepare
- specific value use cases - Manage a dynamic pipeline and report accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product adoption
- Build
- term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level

What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing)
- Understanding of
- based solutions and subscription models - Ability to identify customer needs and drive outcomes across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with customer and market data
- Confidence in presenting to
- level executives
