As a Dutch Customer Care Specialist, you will:

• Provide effective troubleshooting and solutions to customer issues.
• Share your knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
