Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to customers via email, phone, and
- person interactions. - Handle complaints, order inquiries, and help find effective solutions.
- Collaborate on additional projects depending on company needs and your expertise.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (Spanish is mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Confident with computer tools and systems.
- Initiative, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Location & Schedule
On-site position, located in the Cacém Industrial Zone (near Tagus
Park); Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
