Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to customers via email, phone, and
  - person interactions.
• Handle complaints, order inquiries, and help find effective solutions.
• Collaborate on additional projects depending on company needs and your expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (Spanish is mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
• Confident with computer tools and systems.
• Initiative, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Location & Schedule

On-site position, located in the Cacém Industrial Zone (near Tagus
Park); Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
