Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer - Networks to be part of the team responsible for the productization and support of our Cloud and Access Gateways that deliver Internet, Video and Voice to our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with the setup of demos and Proof of Concepts (Po
Cs). - Assist customers in the initial setup and configuration of their network solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
- Support the onboarding of new clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their network systems are operating efficiently.
- Support queries on
- specific issues on installation & ongoing. - Bug catching & testing new features for the developers.
- Update training materials & documentation for colleagues.
- Collect and report issues to Product Manager.
- Daily communication and relationship with customers to engage and guide them.
- Handle product support calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Must Have
- Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent working experience.
- Cisco and/or other Networks vendors certifications.
- Knowledge of
- service network architectures to support IPTV, Vo
IP, Wi-Fi. - Ability to install and configure networking equipment.
- Ability to install and configure networking, IPTV, Voice over IP, and Wi
Fi equipment. - Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and Qo
S. - Ability to diagnose and resolve network related issues.
- Experience with network security and firewall configurations.
- Knowledge of the Linux command line.
- Experience with Scripting Languages (e. g. bash).
- Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations.
- Creative, resourceful,
- oriented and highly organized. - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
