Customer Success Engineer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who thrives at the intersection of customer success, technical consulting, and automation design.
You’ll work directly with customers to ensure their technical onboarding, integrations, and automations are smooth — helping them turn Meet
Geek into an extension of their workflows. You’ll also collaborate internally to design and optimize automation flows that streamline internal operations and processes.

Technical Implementation & Troubleshooting
- Guide customers through advanced setup, integrations (Slack, Hub
Spot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make), and agentic automation flows. - Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to triage issues, test edge cases, and provide technical feedback.
- Handle Intercom tickets and stay in the loop with our user feedback Slack channels.
