Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support our Integrations Hub product, a
- based middleware solution for the hospitality industry that integrates over 150 systems worldwide.
This role requires
- time
- site presence at our office in Maia, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with setting up demos and Proof of Concepts (Po
Cs). - Support onboarding of new clients through cloud configuration and integration setup.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
- Support and troubleshoot
- specific issues during installation and ongoing operation. - Identify, test, and report bugs to developers. Maintain and update training materials and documentation for colleagues.
- Gather customer feedback and report issues to the Product Manager.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to engage and guide them.
- Respond promptly and professionally to
- related inquiries via email. - Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and support teams to meet customer needs.
Must Have
- Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Web Services, APIs, HTTP, TCP/IP technology.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong troubleshooting and
- solving skills. - Familiarity with Linux command line and scripting languages.
- Empathy and ability to manage customer expectations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
Nice to Have
- SQL knowledge.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Additional language skills.
