Customer Success Executive - Fintech | Capital Markets | Treasury

We are searching for a Customer Success Executive in Portugal who will

Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key financial institutions

Guide clients across their full journey - from onboarding through long term adoption and satisfaction

Partner
- functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product to drive strategic growth and retention

Influence product direction by bringing customer feedback into the roadmap

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or
- facing roles within fintech, Saa
S, or enterprise software.

Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, derivatives, forex, investment, trading, stocks

Experience managing banks as customers

Strong communication and
- building skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
