The Role
As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll be part of our Operations & CS team, the first point of contact for our investors. Your mission will be to help us provide clear, empathetic, and efficient support across email, chat and phone.
You’ll learn how our platform works inside out, answer questions from investors, solve issues, and help make sure everyone has a smooth experience. Over time, you’ll grow into handling calls and more complex cases, becoming a key part of the team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage investor requests via email, chat and phone.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey and clear communication.
- Guide investors through their experience with the platform.
- Keep track of open tickets and follow up on pending issues.
- Support the team in maintaining FAQs and other helpful resources.
- Share feedback from investors to improve processes and tools.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or a similar field.
- Based in Lisbon or willing to commute regularly – some tasks require
- person presence (e. G. contract archives, occasional client meetings). - Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient: you enjoy helping people and finding solutions.
- Well-organized,
- oriented, and able to manage several requests at once. - Comfortable with tools like Excel and quick to learn new ones.
- Previous experience in a

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a startup or fintech environment.
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e. G. , Hub
Spot, Zendesk).

- Participation in quarterly team meetings in Lisbon, as well as our yearly offsite (location TBD).
- Your monthly salary will range from 1. 149, 50€ to 1. 358, 50€ gross, depending on your qualifications, plus a 10, 20€ food allowance per working day (approximately €214 per month).
