We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our awesome customers using Green
Sketch – our solar design Saa
S platform that’s shaking up the renewable energy space across Europe.

S tool that makes solar system design fast and
- free.

S-savvy,
- happy hero (that’s you) to help us scale our impact even further.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the main point of contact for solar installers using Green
  Sketch
• Onboard new users and train them on the platform (virtually – or occasionally in person)
• Troubleshoot problems like a pro and escalate when needed
• Understand customer needs and proactively guide them to success
• Promote new features and ensure adoption
• Track customer health and reduce churn
• Share feedback with the dev team to help make the platform even better

? You Must Have:

• Be based in the Portugal (yes, really!)
• Be fluent in English + Portugese
• 2+ years of direct experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a Saa
  S company
• Confident explaining software tools and digital workflows to customers
• Clear communication skills and a proactive,
  - do attitude
• Comfortable with CRMs and remote communication tools
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in solar or a technical industry – but not essential
