Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with our customers, who are central to our success.
• Launch new customers using tools like Asana to maximize their value from our solutions.
• Support customers and team with analysis and reports using tools like Word
  Press, Trello, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Become a product expert to assist in product development, documentation, and training.
• Collaborate with AI trainers to ensure efficient transaction processing and classification.
• Share best practices to improve our products and processes continually.
