Customer Success Manager (M/F/D)
Overview
Infopro Digital, a B2B information & tech group, seeks a Customer Success Manager (CSM) on a CDI to strengthen the Companeo team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Accompany clients in deploying, using, and adopting the marketplace solution (lead generation, professional matchmaking).
- Coordinate & implement communication options subscribed by clients (emailing, newsletter, display, webinar…).
- Renew and develop the portfolio of assigned clients.
About You
- Strong interest in digital solutions and desire for a dynamic, reactive work environment.
- Organized, rigorous, curious – essential qualities for a CSM.
- Basic English and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Motivated by objectives, resilient in face of objections.
- Team player with a desire to learn.
