As Customer Success Manager, you will be mostly working at the office or home, and occasionally visiting customers. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers, focused in portuguese market, making sure that they achieve the expected outcomes.
The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and organizational skills and, while not mandatory, we prefer candidates to have prior knowledge about maintenance operations in areas such as technical assistance and facility management.
Experience with maintenance and CRM software is also valued
What will you do?
- Own a dedicated portfolio of
- market customers, taking full ownership from the moment they become onboarded and guiding them through their Infraspeak journey. - Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding your customers' strategic goals and operational challenges to effectively implement Infraspeak solutions that drive their success.
- Lead and managed customer projects, from proactive consultancy to new feature rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and optimal adoption. This includes setting clear objectives, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your customer base, including upselling and
- selling opportunities that align with their evolving needs. - Collect valuable customer feedback on product features, user experience, and potential improvements, collaborating closely with our Product team to shape future development.
- Occasionally support sales teams with technical demonstrations for prospective
- market clients. - Monitor customer health and satisfaction, proactively addressing any challenges and ensuring maximum value realization from Infraspeak.
- Seeking a Mid-Level/Senior profile with proven experience specifically in a Saa
S B2B environment. - Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering
- facing projects. A Project Management certification or an Engineering background is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to identify and drive expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within an existing customer base.
- Excellent
- building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels. - Native Portuguese and a good level of English are a
- have. - A genuine passion for helping customers succeed, coupled with a positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Strong work ethic and a
- starter mentality, with a comfort level in taking initiative and working on side projects. - Availability to occasionally travel across the country and abroad
- Experience using CRM and Cloud software (maintenance management software is preferred)
- Prior knowledge of Technical Assistance, Facility Management, or Hospitality operations is preferred, but not a requirement
- A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to embrace new skills and technologies.
- A collaborative team player who can contribute valuable insights and work effectively with
- functional teams.
