Customer Success Manager
This is an opportunity to shape how healthcare providers experience Caretag’s solutions from the very beginning. As a Customer Success Manager , you will ensure that every customer gets a strong start through
- on onboarding, training, and
- stage technical support.
You will be the link between customers and our internal teams, making sure implementations run smoothly and users feel confident using the Caretag solution. This is a

Caretag provides advanced RFID solutions for tracking and managing surgical instruments, helping hospitals and sterile processing departments improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance patient safety. Our technology supports healthcare providers by simplifying workflows and reducing human error in instrument handling and tracking.
While this might sound highly specialized, you don’t need experience in healthcare or RFID to succeed in this role. What matters most is a solid technical mindset, curiosity, and a genuine interest in helping our customers. With the right skills and attitude, we will provide the training and support you need to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer and partner training onsite to ensure confident use of Caretag’s systems.
- Manage onboarding from setup to

- live support, including user supervision during the hypercare period. - Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams to secure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
- Oversee service projects, ensuring high quality, clear timelines, and efficient operations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable customer support.
- Provide
- on technical assistance, including basic troubleshooting and log collection, during customer onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a
- facing role such as onboarding, support, or implementation. - Solid technical understanding and
- solving skills, with the ability to learn and explain both software and hardware solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in English. Speaking multiple languages is a strong advantage , as you will work with customers and partners across Europe.
- Comfortable with frequent travel, as many training sessions and onboardings take place at customer sites.
- Experience in healthcare or RFID technology is an advantage, but not required.
