What will you do?
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless service governance and proactive engagement;
- Lead customer onboarding journeys to accelerate

- value and service adoption; - Define and manage
- specific KPIs, preparing structured reports, risk analyses, and opportunity insights; - Conduct Executive Steerings and Service Reviews to maintain strategic alignment;
- Coordinate crisis management activities, including incident oversight and
- incident reporting; - Identify service expansion opportunities through data analysis and
- functional collaboration.
What are we looking for?
- More than 5 years of experience in digital B2B roles within Telco, IT, or Cloud environments;
- Strong
- level technical understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions; - Certifications or training in ITIL, ISO 20000, Customer Success frameworks, PMP, Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Networking (CCNA) are a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capability, and strong analytical mindset;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Location: Hybrid (Lisbon/Porto)
