Role Summary As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to ensure our clients are successful, satisfied, and growing with Reckon. ai. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of retail and FMCG customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption and renewal and turning them into
- term partners.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in retail and CPG. Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Reckon. ai's solutions. Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximize the value and impact of our platform. Monitor customer health, usage, and performance metrics; anticipate and address risks. Conduct regular business reviews and share actionable insights to support client goals. Collaborate
- functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs. Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, upsell, and expansion.
What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably in Saa
S or tech. Experience working with retail, FMCG, or operationally complex B2B clients. Strong communication and
- building skills - written and verbal. Ability to understand product features and translate them into client value. Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting usage data and performance reports. Proactive, organized, and
- obsessed. Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
Nice to Have Experience in a startup or
- scaling tech company. Familiarity with tools like Hub
Spot, Jira, Notion, or Gainsight. Understanding of retail KPIs, execution metrics, or AI-based solutions.
