About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (with a sales focus) to help us grow and support our global client base.
In this hybrid role, you’ll manage existing clients, identify new ones, educate them about Digiseg’s unique approach, and help them get the most out of our data products.
- Build and grow relationships with clients worldwide.
- Present Digiseg’s solutions and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Support clients throughout the sales funnel, including reports, deal IDs, and audience requests.
- Track and manage client relationships and projects with persistence and organization.
- Educate on best practices for targeting and measurement.
- Lead client presentations and meetings.
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Represent Digiseg at industry events or webinars.
- Advocate for clients internally and contribute to process improvements.
- 3+ years in sales, account management, or customer success in advertising, marketing, or media.
- Proven track record of building and growing customer relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English (other languages like German or Turkish are a plus).
- Hands‑on programmatic experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform, SSPs, etc.
- Analytical mindset and confidence using data to tell stories and drive decisions.
- Organized, proactive, and results‑driven.
- 5 weeks of paid vacation and a 37. 5‑hour workweek.
- Hybrid work model – minimum 3 days in our Lisbon office.
