We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Success Manager to join our client's team in Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, active prospecting, and upselling, who are passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
As a Customer Success Manager, your focus will be to increase customer satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure
- term client retention, contributing to the companys revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and objectives achieved.
- Perform active prospecting (cold calling) to acquire new clients and offer additional services to existing ones.
- Identify and implement customized solutions that meet client goals.
- Build and maintain
- term relationships with key
- makers and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales, retention, and upselling targets.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to optimize the use of our products or services.
- Address client issues by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece (an absolute MUST)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, active prospecting, and upselling in customer success or account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce, Hub
Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher); additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent
- solving and time management skills.

- Up to EUR 1, 750 gross/month x 14 salaries per year: 12 monthly payments plus additional bonuses for Easter, summer, and Christmas.

Contract:
- Permanent contract.
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
- Working hours: 2 PM 11 PM (Portuguese time), hybrid.

- Reimbursement of airfare up to EUR 300 with the first payment.
