What we’re looking for:

• junior profile (max 1 year) with a strong focus on providing
  - sale support to our customers
• excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, confident, and empathetic speaking style
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
  - based relationships with clients
• highly organized and
  - oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• proactive mindset with a strong focus on
  - solving
• active listening skills and empathy in client interactions
• fluency in both Portuguese and English
• availability to work from our Carnaxide office
