Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Representative at CASAFARI, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients gain maximum value from our products and services.
You will provide timely, efficient, and
- quality support across multiple channels, helping to resolve issues, share knowledge, and enhance the customer experience.
Beyond support, you will nurture strong client relationships through webinars, proactive engagement, and feedback collection. By analysing customer data and behaviour, you will contribute to improving satisfaction, retention, and overall customer success.
Responsabilities:
- Liaise with customers submitting support requests via multiple channels;
- Interactwith customers using a variety of platforms like live chat, calls, emails and tickets (reactive work);
- Respond to customers requests in a timely manner and efficiently, using the correct information to support them;
- Organizeand conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement;
- Analyse customer data to gain insights into their behavior, needs, and preferences, which can be used to improve the customer experience and increase retention rates;
