What is expected in this role:

• Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;
• Being the technical support to evaluate warranties and exchanges;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of claims;
• Tasks are carried out in writing, so
  - developed written communication skills are a must.
• Being
  - solving orientated.

What we're looking for:
