Overview

Mastercard's Services team is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide
- added services leveraging expertise,
- driven insights, and execution. To ensure alignment, new Regional Customer Success teams are being established to support customer outcomes and maximize product value.

This role involves supporting threat intelligence products, managing solution utilization, overseeing regional revenue and risk, coordinating product launches, localizing content, driving market awareness, and gathering customer feedback for global updates. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, identify optimization opportunities, and articulate KPIs.
2. Growing the Business: Leverage Mastercard offerings, identify additional product opportunities, and evaluate business models.
3. Technical & Program Readiness: Develop training materials, translate technical capabilities, and report on customer feedback.

All About You: You should have experience leveraging insights for strategic decisions, knowledge of payments technology or cybersecurity, and skills in data analytics. Proven ability to translate technical solutions into
- centric outcomes, analyze customer metrics, and develop innovative solutions is essential. You should work well in diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and have experience with technology, financial services, or digital platforms.
