About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager who is fluent in English and Hebrew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring they achieve their goals through our solutions, and promoting
- term engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding meetings and ensure successful service implementation.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey.
- Understand client needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a positive experience.
- Identify upsell and
- sell opportunities with the Sales team. - Track client engagement and success metrics using Hub
Spot. - Maintain detailed
- ups and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in Customer Success or Support.
- Strong communication, empathy, and
- solving skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and
- driven approach. - Familiarity with Hub
Spot and customer lifecycle strategies.
Additional Details
Modern office space in the city center of Lisbon (Saldanha).
Attractive compensation package including base salary, meal allowance, health insurance, and commissions.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (local time). Focus on results rather than time management.
