Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience or as a Customer Advisor.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on problem solving and quality service.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving incidents, with the ability to work with multiple simultaneous demands.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and users in these languages.
- Knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation
- Experience with ERPs or corporate systems desirable.
- Knowledge of HR and secretarial systems.
- Experience with support tools and call management
