Responsibilities

• Provide customer support as the primary point of contact and represent the voice of the customer.
• Work with ERPs or corporate systems and knowledge of HR and secretarial systems.
• Utilize support tools and call management to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality service and timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience or as a Customer Advisor.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on problem solving and quality service.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving incidents, with the ability to work with multiple simultaneous demands.
• Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and users in these languages.
• Knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation
