Job Description

We’re hiring Polish-speaking Support Specialists to join a dynamic customer experience team in Entrecampos, Lisbon. If you're fluent in Polish and English (C1) and enjoy helping others, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in a multicultural environment!

Location : On-site – Entrecampos, Lisbon

What you'll be doing :

• Support customers throughout their online shopping journey: deliveries, payments, returns, refunds, and more;
• Handle sensitive customer data in line with GDPR and PCI standards;
• Work with couriers, financial institutions, and internal departments;
• Resolve complex cases efficiently with the help of a comprehensive knowledge base.
