Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday
About The Role
Join a project in the tech industry supporting users of advanced consumer electronics. As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll provide
- quality assistance for
- end products, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical guidance and efficient solutions.

Lisbon – Santos Office
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist with product setup, usage, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Manage returns, exchanges, and order status updates
- Stay informed about new products, features, and updates
- Deliver consistent service quality and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Basic technical understanding or interest in consumer tech products
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
- EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal
