Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
• Assist with product setup, usage, troubleshooting, and technical support
• Manage returns, exchanges, and order status updates
• Stay informed about new products, features, and updates
• Deliver consistent service quality and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
  
  

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Basic technical understanding or interest in consumer tech products
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
• EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal
  
  

• Base salary + language and performance bonuses
• Meal allowance paid per working day
• Accommodation support and relocation assistance (including travel reimbursement after 3 months)
• Loyalty bonus and permanent contract from the start
• Health and dental insurance after 6 months
• 22 days of paid vacation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses (paid monthly)
