Job Description

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

1. Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
2. Handle and resolve customer issues related to our client's advertising products via email and chat.
3. Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve queries.
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
5. Meet service levels and productivity targets.
6. Partner with technical specialists to educate users on product features.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent in Arabic (C1) and English (B2), both verbal and written.
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or Service program, especially in Advertising Tech.
• Possess strong customer service skills.
• Are familiar with social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
