You will play an active role in ensuring client guidelines are followed, promoting service quality, and participating in service improvements for all users.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:
- Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the user experience.
- Handle and resolve product troubleshooting and customer support for our client’s advertising products via email and chat channels.
- Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve various queries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and providing regular updates.
- Adhere to service levels and achieve top productivity and resolution times.
- Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and resolve common issues.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent in Arabic (C1 level), both verbal and written
- Are fluent in English (B2 level), both verbal and written
- Have experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for an Advertising Tech company
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Are familiar with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
- Can work independently and as part of a team
