A new adventure in the Customer Support world awaits you in Lisbon, starting this July!

We're looking for fluent English-speaking Customer Support agents in Lisbon to be part of a growing team with career expansion possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

You'll support adventurous customers who are ready to hit the road and explore the world on four wheels — and you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
• Assist clients throughout their campervan rental journey;
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support;
• Guide customers through bookings, rental processes, and contract details;
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure the best travel experience possible.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in English (native or
  - native level);
• Additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus;
• Currently residing in Lisbon, with availability to work onsite at our office (Av. da República, next to Entrecampos station);
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
• A genuine interest in Customer Support and a strong focus on client satisfaction — able to deliver
  - quality assistance in a variety of situations;
• High school diploma (minimum requirement);
• All necessary documentation to work legally in Portugal.

Benefits

What We Offer:

• Long-term employment contract;
• Base salary: €1, 000 gross/month (paid 14 times per year);
• Language bonus: €100/month (paid 12 times per year);
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day, provided via meal card;
• Working hours: Fixed schedule from 11:00 to 20:00, with two rotating days off per week;
• Training: 1-month training period (Monday to Friday);
• Work setup: Onsite for the first 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work afterward;
• Start date: July 28th.
