Workster is hiring for multiple Customer Support roles in Lisbon.

You can be proficient in any one of the languages: French/ German/ Italian/ Dutch/ Spanish/ Russian

What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

• Be the direct voice of one of our clients— the essential link between the company and our customers.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Address inquiries from merchants regarding our products and services, offering comprehensive support.
• Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
• Work as part of an international and multilingual team, promoting service improvements across the board.

What We're Looking For

We're a great match if you:

• Fluent in
  French/ German/ Italian/ Dutch/ Spanish/ Russian
  (C1),
  both written and verbal communication, and have an advanced level of English (B2).
• Possess strong communication skills and can build rapport with customers quickly — approachable, patient, and
  - focused.
• Have excellent
  - solving abilities, a curious mindset, and persistence in resolving issues.
• Prior experience in customer support is beneficial, especially with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email).
• Have empathy and dedication to delivering
  - quality service, making customer satisfaction a top priority.
• Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex issues in a calm, organized manner.
• Comfortable with technology: able to multitask and use tools like smartphones, tablets, and computers efficiently.
• You're
  - organized and can manage your time effectively, even under pressure.
