Responsibilities
- Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
- Handle and resolve product troubleshooting and customer support issues via email and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or product queries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Adhere to service levels and optimize productivity and resolution times.
- Educate advertisers on product features and issues with technical specialists.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) both verbal and written.
- Experience in a contact center or service program within an advertising tech company.
- Strong customer service skills and familiarity with social media and digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
