About The Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Danish and English

- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support to customers

- Troubleshoot and resolve

- Ensure all cases are logged accurately and followed up on time

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience

Job Requirements

- Native or C1/C2 level of Danish

- English (spoken and written)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and
- solving ability

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
