responsabilidades chave

Your mission:

Provide mobile technical support to
- sales customers, 100% in English;

Have customer satisfaction as the main objective;

Inform customers about the company's products and services in English, as well as their advantages

competências

Have at least the 12th year of schooling or equivalent;

Have experience in a customer relationship role (preferred);

Be fluent in English (native level, or
- native C1+);

Have strong computer skills;

Be communicative and have the power of argumentation;

Be a team player;

principais benefícios

What can we offer:

Base salary: 947€ p/month

Meal allowance: 7, 23€ p/day

Performance bonus: up to 250€ p/month

Schedules: 8h rotative shifts with two days off

Monday to Sunday:

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 20:00

Saturdays and Sunday's 9:00 to 18:00

Location: Braga (near train station)
