Key Responsibilities

1. Provide mobile technical support to
   - sales customers for the German market;
2. Ensure customer satisfaction as the main objective;
3. Inform customers about the company's products and services, as well as their advantages;

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Completed secondary education (12th grade or equivalent);
2. Previous experience in customer support or similar roles (preferred);
3. Fluent in German (native or C2 level) and English (C1);
4. Strong computer literacy and digital communication skills;
5. Excellent communication and
   - solving abilities;
6. Team player with a proactive attitude.

What We Offer

1. Base salary: €1300/month;
2. Meal allowance: €7. 23/day;
3. Performance bonus: Up to €250/month;
4. Work schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday (between 8 AM and 7 PM);
5. Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off;
6. Location: Remote.
