Key Responsibilities

• Provide mobile technical support to
  - sales customers in the Italian market
• Prioritize customer satisfaction
• Inform customers about the company's products and services, including their advantages

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least completed the 12th year of schooling or equivalent
• Experience in customer relationship roles (preferred)
• Fluent in Italian (native or
  - native C2 level)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills
• Team player mentality

Benefits

What we offer:

• Base salary: €1024 per month
• Meal allowance: €7. 23 per day
• Performance bonus: up to €250 per month
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 am and 7 pm
• Sundays off and one additional day off on a rotating basis
• Work from home options
