Key Responsibilities

Your mission:

1. Provide mobile technical support to
   - sales customers for the Spanish market;
2. Maintain customer satisfaction as the main objective;
3. Inform customers about the company's products and services, as well as their advantages;

Qualifications

Your Profile:

1. Completed secondary education (12th grade or equivalent);
2. Previous experience in customer support or similar roles (preferred);
3. Fluent in Spanish (native or C2 level) and English (C1);
4. Strong computer literacy and digital communication skills;
5. Excellent communication and
   - solving abilities;
6. Team player with a proactive attitude.

Benefits

What We Offer:

• Base salary: €1, 021. 00/month;
• Meal allowance: €7. 23/day;
• Performance bonus: Up to €250/month;
• Work schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday (between 8 AM and 7 PM);
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off;
• Location: Braga (very close to the train station).
