responsabilidades chave

handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products;

assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries, and policy cancellations;

support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels;

maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction;

competências

fluent in Dutch (C2 level) – Native or
- native proficiency;

english (B2 level) – Intermediate knowledge for internal communication;

strong communication and interpersonal skills;

friendly, professional, and
- oriented approach;

ability to remain calm under pressure;

previous experience in customer service is a plus;

principais benefícios

contract: 6-month renewable contract with the possibility of extension;

base salary: €1, 100/month;

complexity bonus: €100/month;

performance bonus: €100/month;

meal allowance: €7. 23/day;

transport allowance: €20/month;

work Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (rotating shifts);

days off: Weekends;
