Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary
- ups within the CRM system. - Applying your knowledge of digital wallet products to efficiently troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- 1 year of experience working in a
- paced,
- based retail, hospitality, or customer service environment (preferred). - Experience in an internet company, the financial services industry, or as a transaction processor (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications.
Benefits
- Base Salary: €1100
- Meal Allowance: €7. 23 per working day
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 WEST
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Work from home
