David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to hire a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Porto.

Position: Customer Support Agent

Location: Porto, Portugal

Employment Type: Fixed-term (6 months)

Remuneration: Base salary plus bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide responsive and professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
2. Assist clients with
   - related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.
3. Follow regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
4. Troubleshoot issues and offer effective,
   - specific solutions.
5. Ensure timely
   - up and resolution of customer interactions to maintain satisfaction.
6. Accurately document interactions and updates in internal systems.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and share best practices.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a
   - centric approach.
3. Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
5. Ability to thrive in
   - paced environments with multitasking skills.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data.
7. Proficiency with customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
8. Critical thinking and
   - solving skills for independent resolution.
9. Friendly, professional, and proactive customer service attitude.
10. Experience in retail, banking, or general customer support is advantageous.
11. Willingness to work rotating shifts and
    - time
    - site.
12. Adaptability to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations.
