We are currently seeking a French speaker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have Customer support experience. This is a

- Position: Customer Support Agent
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work Model: Remote
- Contract Type: Fixed-term (6 months), can end up on a long
- contract. - Remuneration: 1000 EUR base salary+ 100 performance bonus + 7. 63/day meal allowance
- Relocation, Accomodation: Airfare up to 400 reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment, Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of 280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation within PT: no accomodation provided unless candidate currently living in accomodation provided by competitor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support to business clients across communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat).
- Assist clients with account inquiries, including identity verification and information updates.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective, tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely
- up and resolution of interactions to maintain high client satisfaction. - Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and share best practices.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in French (C2), both oral and written. Fluency in English (C1).
- Minimum of a High School diploma.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience with a strong
- centric approach. - Proven stability in employment history.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and
- oriented mindset. - Ability to work efficiently in a
- paced environment, managing multiple tasks. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data.
- Experience with support platforms/tools (preferred).
- Critical thinker with
- solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently. - Friendly, professional, and proactive communication style.
- Experience in retail, banking, or general customer support is a plus.
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts and
- time
- site. - Adaptable to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations.
