Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Answer questions about
  -
  - car reservations and options, providing additional information to meet customer needs.
• Gather customer information and input it into the platform.
• Respond promptly to contact requests, fostering commitment to our client's brand.

Required Skills

• Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency.
• Knowledge of English (B1/B2).
• Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and patience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Permanent Contract (with 3 months trial)
• Base salary: €1030
• Meal allowance: €7. 63/day
• Transport allowance: €20/month
• Performance bonus: €120/month + €30/week worked
• Rotative shifts including weekdays and weekends, with days off rotated accordingly.
